Welcome to Blkuzz (pronounced "Blackers").

Blkuzz is built for creatives, by creatives. It's a space where collaboration, visibility, and project-building can happen freely and safely.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the following principles and terms.

Our Purpose

Blkuzz exists to connect and empower creatives.

We provide digital tools that let you showcase work, find collaborators, and document creative projects.

While we celebrate openness and community, Blkuzz is also a commercial company that must operate responsibly and sustainably. This means we are constantly using industry level practices, and ensuring our platform remains a safe and effective space for its intended users.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share the content you upload.

Your Content

• You own your ideas, artwork, images, text, audio, and video.
• By posting on Blkuzz, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content only within Blkuzz's services and promotional materials (for example, showing your work in a Spotlight or marketing post).
• You may delete your content at any time; our license ends when it's removed.
• Please share only work you have rights to, no copyrighted or confidential material belonging to others.

Community Conduct

Blkuzz thrives on respect and collaboration.

Users agree to:

• Credit collaborators fairly.
• Avoid harassment, hate speech, spam, or self-promotion unrelated to creative work.
• Keep communication constructive and professional.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that harm the community or breach these standards.

Projects and Collaboration

Blkuzz provides promotion and tools that encourage and enable collaboration; we do not manage or guarantee the outcome of collaborations.

Members are responsible for any project agreements, management, and intellectual-property arrangements made with one another.

We encourage written agreements between collaborators.

Business Operations

Blkuzz may generate revenue through features, partnerships, advertising, or premium services.

This has no effect on the collaborative nature of the platform between members.

Privacy

We respect your data.

Information is collected only to operate and improve Blkuzz.

Liability & Disclaimers

Blkuzz is provided "as-is."

We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. We combat this by hosting regular software and service testing for members, giving members the opportunity to have a stake in the platform's growth and development.

We're not liable for user conduct or losses arising from collaborations formed on the platform.

Termination

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Once you terminate your account, any and all data along with that account will be removed from our systems.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use means you accept the changes.
